Vector Illustration, the ripple effects in the background are Photoshopped. I did this for a T-shirt design to be available on a black shirt in my cafepress store. Cafepress is still working on the technology of printing on black shirts, and the white prints as a pale grey in this design, but after ordering one of these I thought the design looked very cool on the black shirt, nonetheless.
